Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your MyVex order. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact MyVex support before sending anything back. Keep the original packaging and order information, and ensure items are unused and in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a return

1. Open the Contact page and send your order number and reason for the request.
2. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.
3. Once the approved return is inspected, we will confirm the refund status.
